Break down the fundamentals of backhanding in this step by step practice that includes lots of tools and technique. You don't need to be naturally flexible to benefit from backbends. Just start off and work slowly, then little by little you will unlock the keys to more flexibility in your backbends and in your whole body. Using the key backbends of Wheel and Bridge pose you will develop strength and stamina while creating the space along the inner body that is the basis of backbends. End with the Tiger Pose to challenge your flexibility and technique. Have fun and enjoy the journey.
